Voting Precincts

Why do the state legislatures choose to go around the state to predict what the different voting precincts? They know how they will draw the lines. Lee County is conservative and Dougherty is liberal. So, Lee County is the centerpiece of one voting precinct and Dougherty County is divided. The gerrymandering is overdone. Simply divide the state regardless of race, color, education, and etc. A worker can drive from home to their work site and pass through two or three voting polls.

Also, the state media reports different candidates are running for the same office. But, the ballot ticket has only one candidate (incumbent). You research the candidates’ background, and you find their ideology, religion, education, and philosophical beliefs. But, the State’s Secretary or Voter Registration office can or cannot discover the candidates’ qualifications before the candidate announces his or her run for office. The candidates should present their office seeking idea to the Secretary’s office, The Secretary’s office should have month to decision if and when the candidates will be placed the ballot.

Royal Wedding

Good luck to the Royal Wedding couple. BBC America has spent two whole days on the hour and half-hour affair.

But, I do not think the marriage with last one two reasons:

She has broken up with him before the marriage.

He is the offspring of divorce parents. He represents a growing factor that 51% or more children of divorce parents will divorce themselves in the future. (Greater cause is money.)

New British Broadcasting System format

The British government requires its citizens to register and pay a “user-fee” for their programs on radio and television. The citizens received first viewing of a new programming in return. Rest-of-the world would receive the same programming one or more years later. But, internet pirates have changed that. The pirates would broadcast new programs over the internet (without the government’s authority

The BBC has had to change its format. It began its program as Dr. Who at a universal start date. The British government broadcasts without a time delay to the world. Dr. Who and Top Gear - UK programs no longer are date-sensitive One step for man; one giant leap for mankind.

The United States of Europe (EU) and the United States of America are so accustom to one world government and the internet as an enforcement arm. They have discovered that they are not the only game in town. They passed and will pass all the laws they want; but, the world will not listen to them.

Look at the world disturbance: the internet, cell phones, etc. have changed the way people communication with one another. and politicians do not have control. They have ruled our society so long that they believe they are the only game in town.

The container they observed, politicians thought it was a bottle with a genie in it granting three wishes, but, it turned out to be a Pandora’s Box filled with chaos.

Medicare

So, Congress plans to provide each Medicare recipient with a voucher. I wonder how many and how much? What if the doctor charges $120.00 for general exam. The Social Security plans to pay only $50.00 and you are responsible for $30.00 co-payment. Who pays the difference?

Who will take-a-hit? The doctor (may be), the Medicare (no), or Medicare recipient (yes). How many vouchers will you receive for a year? 6 or 12?.

Congress will simply transfer the debt from Social Security to you. The debt will not show-up on its books.

What if the voucher is exchange outside the United States? I listened to Radio Sweden, and they complain about Swedes catching the Baltic Sea ferry and going to Estonia because the doctor were cheap and provide a similar care with less charges.

With NATO governments making us transfer to computers, we could connect the same Estonia doctor and receive the same treatment than local doctors and at half the price. We would choose the doctor, email our request for the exam, and have their doctor suggest a local Physician Assistant who will run the tests and x-ray at half price. The doctor will study your tests and diagnose, and determine your condition. You will send him or her your voucher. Its up to the government if they will pay or not.

What about your local doctors? How will Congress support them? The only time you will need them is when you need an operation.

Viet Nam memories

I heard many times since 1991 that the Viet Nam War is over. Those are hollow words. As long as there are people who live through that time there will be opinions about the war and its result. The
veterans and the anti- war protestors will debate it. The war will never stop. Politicians will suffer from it. Our country will debate each election and each candidate.

Look at the t three last Presidential elections: Al Gore, John Kerry, and John McCain. Use to be a veteran would win a political election with little-or-no campaigning: Truman, Eisenhower, Kennedy, Bush Jr. Now, campaigning means nothing. They ran into difficulty before they
start.

Our demise will be the only answer to the Viet Nam issue. Then, the
problem will solve its self.

The generation that has not lived through that time will began a new time in which the war will subject it in our political campaigns.

I who I wrote this with understanding.

Super Worm

Well. National Public Radio came up with a novel news item. In our quest to reduce Iran’s nuclear device, our government with a private corporation has tried to create a super worm. But, may turn on us in
the meantime, we may turn our computers off by association. The computer that I am using may quit from apparent reason.

We have created a panel to conduct the rules of war. But, what if the people involved is a Nigerian person that legally residence in the UK (United Kingdom). English Law Enforcement is different from United
States law. The British must have deep more information on criminal acts. Does our country attack the nation of Nigeria or United Kingdom? Do we use a real armed forces or virtual. Iran is a member of the BRIC country. That states for Brazil, Russia, Iran, and China.

Do we subject ourselves to attacks from Brazil, Russia, and China. As of this writing, Russians are trying to be our friend and China is neutral.

The present and future authorities are planning to make cell phones, emails, and social services are open to government

Afghanistan - Fourteen Years Later

It has been nine years since we entered Afghanistan. Now, we are entering our tenth year. We contine to fight the Taliban in the same way the Russians fought the Mujahideen did some twenty or thirty years ago. Oh by the way , the Mujahideen evolved into the Taliban, later. I said that the Russian’s would need to learn how to convert their chess abilities to match the technic used on a “Go” board. The Mujahideen were the opposition to then Russian-back Afghan government. The American and British government decided to back the Mujahdeen because MI-6 believed the Mujahideen were more open to our aid. Therefore, we supported the rebel force with training (Britsh SAS units) and American weapons (Stygier missiles against Russian helicopters). The British SAS is a super, special force unit (they make James Bond and the MI-6 look like beginners). Mujahideen eventually evolved into the Taliban. Whether they are Mujahideen or Taliban, they simply changed they weapon’s crosshair from the Russians to the Americans. While the American and British governments were training and equiping weapons, our citizen population was giving birth to the children and grandchildren who would eventually fight them twenty or thiry years, later. How about “what goes around, comes around”?

Reverse Engineering

Well, the politicians plan to pass a law that restricts employees from starting their own business that should be January 1, 2011. It will stop or curtail business in the United States for a long time in own history. Reverse engineering has been a part of American history since the colonials. We use to reproduce products made in the United Kingdom, and we sell cheaper. Sounds familiar! First, Bill Gates, Sr. had the federal juridical system make “reverse engineering” illegal. Now, they are trying to make competition illegal. It is not the first time competition begins from within a company itself. Try Microsoft. It began life by paying, I believe Gates, Jr. state, he gave $ 5,000 a disgruntle, computer programmer from Digital Company to write an Operating System (OS). Now, defunct Compaq used reverse engineering to build their first computer copying IBM’s computer. That is why Microsoft had two OS (PC and MS). If you run one on your computer; you could not run the other.

After a life altering experience, I have an attitude adjustment. I previously lived with the philosophy of “do not make wave”, or “living under the radar”. But, I do not believe it now. I say you should make all the waves you can. Be seen and heard. Some people are listening; most are not. So, you can make statements as you please, within the law.

My daughter has an open attitude; but, she still uses my old philosophy. People laugh when it is stated that successful candidates are twenty-five years old with thirty years’ experience that is willing to spend the next fifty to sixty years working for minimum wages. Do not be surprise if you work twenty years and only earn fifty cents over minimum wage ($7.15 + $0.50 = $7.65). I worked for ten years and earned only twenty-five cents.

I see the United States drop from number one to second or third in twenty years. People with PhD degrees and other brain trusts go to Europe; while, high school graduates move to Asia. (Manufacturing jobs) Africa is still too frigid politically to support businesses. The Middle East seems as unstable but they have lived with one rule governments and politicians for several thousand years and it will continue. The Arabs and Persians have fought each other before recorded time.

The fast food industries will find a way to transport your order from Asia in a matter of seconds. You will find a building with a drive-thru service both inside and out. You will never see a person.

.State of the Union

Why do the states complain about its employees who are against the reduced union roles in governments? News photos exhibit more females than males. Governments insisted on hiring more females than males over the years. Why? Because females work for about 60% of what a male earns. They endure twice the hell as a male. Females are scared they will lose their job and upset the harmony of their family.

If the male’s boss touches a very sensitive subject, he will instruct the boss to “take this job and shove it.” Females are different. They will take the hell their bosses give them with or without a comment. They are the rock or stable force behind the family. They will not complain about the treatment they receive, even if the treatment may violate the law. The only way they will challenge is after their dismissal, unless the legal action may jeopardize their future employment and the family’s status.

I still do not see the state’s problem. We citizens have been receiving compensation in the past from females working for lower wages. The State of Georgia has used this form for years. In Georgia, workers pay union dues directly. Public and Fire Safety have never been allowed to strike. The state will terminate them.

Besides, who is the largest union organizer in the state? Sorry, too late, but, the State of Georgia. Its work-at-will, ready-to-work, and licenses and certificates control labor in the same way as unions. It was legal for anyone to be a truck driver on the highways; but now, you need a CDL (certified driver”s license).

However, this could be a conflict-of-interest, one union controlling another union.

Next time, we will discuss as who is the largest welfare recipient.

Welfare Recipient

Who receives the largest amount of money? Tick, tock, tick, buzz; your time is up. The largest welfare recipient is the State of Georgia. How do I determine that? Every thirty percent the state and local government donate to a federal road project your federal government donates seventy percent. So if the road costs100 million dollars, the state and local government must provide 30 million for the federal government to contribute 70 million dollars. That is federal roads; but, Georgia has been caught contributing some federal dollars to state roads; i.e., GA400.

It was to replace US 19 north of Atlanta. But, some federal employee decided that it was not a federal road with state markers. We lose some funding for another project until the federal funds where repaid.

The State of Georgia receives a “block grant” from the federal government to pay welfare recipient, and any overdue payments coming from the state treasury.
